The hotel is in a great location at the top of a hill, near fantastic restaurants and pubs, Vizcaya, and Poblado center. the rooms are beautiful and fairly clean. Numerous restaurants and a supermarket are also close by.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the pool area is fantastic.

Reasonably spacious rooms with a view, felt like home. This absolutely charming and nice hotel had central setting in the Poblado area which attracts many tourists from English speaking countries.

During our recent family trip, we had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful hotel located in a quiet but convenient area. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and fresh linens. The bathroom was spotless, with fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delicious and included a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. The hotel amenities were impressive, boasting a refreshing pool, a cozy lounge area, and a lovely garden.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we did notice that some of the lounge chairs by the pool were a bit worn-out, which could use some improvement. However, the staff was accommodating and kind, making it an overall positive experience.
